Frequently Asked Questions

📦 Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship worldwide. All artworks are made to order and shipped via trusted production partners. Delivery times and shipping costs depend on your location. Some countries may charge customs fees or import taxes. These aren't included in your order total and go straight to your local customs office. The good news? If you're in the US or UK, you’ll likely skip the drama. For everyone else – it’s rare, but possible. 

 

⏳ How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow 2–7 business days for production. Once your order is ready, shipping times are approximately:

  • Europe: 5–15 business days
  • UK: 2–3 business days
  • USA: 2–5 business days (+7–12 business days for US territories)
  • Canada, Australia & Rest of World: 10–30 business days

Delays can occasionally happen due to customs or local delivery services, especially around holidays.

🎨 What kind of products do you offer?

  • Fine Art Prints
  • Framed Canvas Prints
  • Occasionally: Original artworks or exclusive limited drops
  • New items like hoodies and shirts might be added in the future!

🖼️ Are limited or original artworks returnable?

No. Limited editions and original artworks are non-returnable.
Due to the collectible nature and to protect their uniqueness, returns or refunds are not possible for these items.

🔁 What’s your return policy?

Returns are only accepted if the product is:

  • Damaged, Incorrect or has a production defect

If you received a faulty item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Two clear photos or a short video showing the issue
  • A short written description of the problem
  • Your order number or receipt

Once your request is reviewed and approved, I’ll provide return instructions and a return label if necessary.
⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

🧾 Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, due to the made-to-order nature of all products, I cannot accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Changed your mind
  • Ordered the wrong size
  • Don't like the artwork in person

Please double-check product details before ordering – and if you're unsure, feel free to reach out!

 

💬 What if there’s a problem with my order?

If something’s not right, please email me at hello@laurahrubin.com. I want you to love your artwork, and I’ll work with my production partner to fix any mistakes or issues.
